New launches on the North South Line

The original line, and still the one that carries the most people into the centre from the north. Jurong East to Marina South Pier by way of Woodlands, Yishun, Ang Mo Kio, Bishan and Orchard — which is why the commute from the far north is close to an hour at peak, and why the discount on a northern address is real rather than notional.

Station by station

Each development appears once, under its nearest NSL station — a project inside a kilometre of two stations is one answer, not two. 10 of the 27 stations on the line have something in range; the rest have nothing on the register and are not listed.

Station coordinates from OneMap (Singapore Land Authority) station search, retrieved 2026-08-07. Distances are straight-line on the SVY21 plane. The walking minutes are derived from those straight lines at roughly 80 m a minute and are therefore a FLOOR — the real walk is always longer, and often a canal or an expressway longer.

Everything on the NSL, in full

A line is a commute, not a postcode

Which of these is right depends on where you get off, not where you get on. Two developments the same distance from a NSL station can be twenty minutes apart in journey time to the same office. Send the working address and the school, and the list comes back reordered by journey time rather than by metres.
