Pasir Ris, the nearest, is in D18 and sits just under a kilometre from the Jalan Loyang Besar end — but that is one corner of the district, and from the Flora Drive cluster the journey is a bus ride or a car. Treat “near MRT” here as a per-address claim and check it against the actual walk, because the two ends of D17 answer it differently.
