Within 2 km of a primary school

The outer registration band — the widest distance that carries any priority at all. Beyond 2 km, distance stops helping.

Grouped by the nearest primary school

Each development appears once, under whichever primary school is closest to it — a project inside 2000 m of four of them is one answer, not four. 30 primary schools have something in range.

Being inside 2 km of many schools is worth less than being inside 1 km of the right one. Check the specific school’s ballot history rather than counting how many are in range.

Distances are straight-line on SLA’s SVY21 grid, computed from each development’s own site coordinate. The walking minutes are derived from those straight lines at roughly 80 m a minute, which makes them a floor and not an estimate — the real walk is always longer, and in Singapore it is regularly a canal, an expressway or a fenced estate longer. Walk it once before you pay for it.

A threshold is a filter, not a shortlist

49 developments clear this one. Your quantum ceiling, whether ABSD is in play and how long you intend to hold will remove most of them before a single viewing is booked — and none of those three are things a distance can know. Run the numbers first; the calculators are on this site and nothing is transmitted anywhere.
